"I am writing this review to share my experience in working with Victoria and Tony Martoccia of Martoccia Custom Construction. My wife and I purchased a short sale home that was in need of extensive repairs both internally and externally, and that needed a complete makeover of our back yard area, which the President of our HOA described as a “barren wasteland” when we purchased the home.

Victoria did an unbelievable job of working closely with us on all phases of the repairs, consulting with us and offering extensive ideas from her experience in how to create a lush and beautiful back yard area which is now a source of extreme pride for us, and helping us think of many ideas to turn the home into our dream home. As for the repairs, everyone that Victoria sent to work on our home was of high character and caliber on the job site, we received ZERO neighbor complaints or concerns, and we found all work to be completed on or ahead of schedule, and on or below estimated costs with the quality of work being excellent.

In working with Victoria, my wife and I found her to deliver a “far exceeds expectations” level of service, and her follow-up was excellent at every phase of work. If we had questions or if an issue ever came up, she would respond within minutes, including Saturdays and Sundays, and held all workers on site to standards that exceeded our expectations. All work that has been requested through Victoria over the last year-plus has been completed on or ahead of time, on or below budget and she has always been very flexible as our plans have changed periodically as either new ideas came to the fore or we discovered more damage or repairs were needed than initially assessed.

Throughout the entire process, we have felt that Victoria was more of a trusted friend and advisor than a contractor simply completing a job.

In summary, my wife and I have proudly referred Victoria to anyone we know, including close friends and family. "It should go without saying, that renovating a home is probably one of the most stressful and difficult times in a homeowners' life. However, our experience was less stressful because of the builder we entrusted with our home. While designing our project, Victoria Martoccia was instrumental in solving some of the most challenging architectural and engineering issues encountered, that would likely have compromised the overall vision for our home if not addressed early on.
